The store is noted for its great location and has almost everything customers might need. One of its best features is that it’s open until midnight, which is incredibly convenient. The atmosphere is described by many as inviting, comfortable, and lovely in its outdoor space. The staff is generally very pleasant and friendly, with several employees receiving specific praise for making customers feel wonderfully treated, welcome, special, and safe. However, the store layout presents significant challenges. The entry is filled with carts and is too narrow for two carts to pass, which is not inviting. Inside, the path through the flower department and the overall store layout feels very tight, crowded, and narrow, creating a trapped feeling for some shoppers. While the store had what was needed and the prices are considered quite reasonable, though a bit higher than other places, the crowded environment may deter some from returning.
