I called at 4:30pm and someone just picked up and then hung up the phone. I called again not sure if we were accidentally disconnected and then someone immediately picked up the phone and I asked about my vehicle. They sounded rushed and inpatient, said the work would be $3000 dollars and then said, "we close at 4pm." I said, "Oh, I didn't know that. I would have been a new customer." So, I see there's good reviews here, however, whomever answers their phones just lost them, according to them, $3,000 because I would NEVER get any work done here with that reception.

Our car had several problems that we knew of, but one had been new. We were referred to Rick’s by a friend. They did a full inspection and Mark gave us a detailed description of all the issues and the one that needed to be taken care of immediately, which was the rear brakes and rotors. They also gave us quotes on all the repairs needed in the future.
The work was done on time and at the price quoted. Our car has been running great.
We will definitely be returning to Rick’s in the future to get all our repairs done and maintenance. We highly recommend them.
New: our engine light came on at the end of the day. Rick’s said we could bring the car in the next morning. They found out it was the oxygen sensor that needed to be replaced and the part was available. They got it done in the same day. We feel very confident, bringing our car to Rick’s for their expertise, efficiency, and honesty. These guys are fantastic!

I recently brought my truck to Rick’s for the first time after the shop was recommended by another mechanic. I was quickly given an estimate for the needed work and a detailed explaination of what would be done. When the truck was ready, Mark was able to save me a lot of money on the final price, as they were able to fix the issue without bothering with additional steps! Very honest and solid work.

After buying tires from Costco, Les Schwab etc, I have switched to Rick's. I will likely be addressing the rest of my car repair need here as well. From the moment you step in, you see their passion for cars on display with numerous racing awards throughout the shop. You experience the feel of a competent small honest American multigenerational business. Mark is great. He was able to help with a slashed tire. All corporate places push you to get all 4 new tires for an all wheel drive. Rick's was able to procure a custom shaved tire and saved me at least $800. Thanks!

Really good work and attention to details. Have had my cars and also both daughters cars serviced at Rick’s for the last 15years or more. Also appreciate the notifications on standard service needed by mileage.
