I would say overall it was good. Their computer booked too many people the same day as my appointment l, but I get it. 4/5 because room for improvement but a good xp with the staff.

I so appreciate this neighborhood treasure. Mark is helpful, knowledgeable and ethical. He has cared for our old Subaru, our new Subarus and all our out of town guests that find themselves with car trouble. Great communication and scheduling as well.
