Avoid this insurance at all cost. One of the most shady companies I've ever dealt with. They will add people and stuff to your policy that you didn't ask for and expect you to send it paperwork saying no, I'm going to be reporting to the BBB and the attorney general. Hopefully we can get them blacklisted from Washington.

Cant seem to get past their auto attendant... loyal customer for decades but this is scary. Please answer your phone... Finally got ahold of someone but their auto attendant will hang up if you don't make a selection? Please fix your phone system
