Put a custom cake/cupcake order in for my daughter's 4th birthday party. I put that order in, a week in advance. I just now got a call 2 hrs before pick up that we won't be getting a cake. They never made it, and don't have anyone to make one it today at all. Thanks Safeway bakery.. NOT!!!

Went To the meat department, four employees and no help. They just looked at me like oh no not a customer..they just acted as if I wasn't there..finally a employee had to tell the manager that she had a customer..this place SUCKS!!!

I usually have a great experience in Safeway but customer service wasn't present this time. I asked to located an item and the person just rolled her eyes and told me she was on break. I just walked away and never looked back
