I would recommend NOT calling out the prescriptions when customers are picking up. It’s a violation of privacy to have you ask loudly if XYZ is what I’m picking up when there is a long line less than 2 feet away. Aside from that, staff is friendly and trying their best to work through high volumes of customers.
