The Seattle Gaslight Inn is a beautiful, stunning, and charming early 1900s home with tremendous character, gorgeous stained glass, and a warm, welcoming vibe. Guests consistently describe feeling right at home in this comfortable and cozy property. The hosts are fantastic, incredibly warm and welcoming, making visitors feel immediately at ease. The service is generally great, with friendly guests and a delightful cat adding to the atmosphere. The rooms are extremely comfortable and cozy with very comfortable beds, though some rooms can be quite small and may lack a proper workspace. A minor service note is that shared bathrooms may require guests to fetch their own towels or toilet paper at times. The location is centrally located on Capitol Hill and seriously can't be beaten for easy access to Seattle. It is a very short walk to the train station for Pike Place Market and to Pine Street, which is packed with amazing food, bars, coffee, and entertainment, allowing guests to park their car and get everywhere on foot. The property features a lovely, heated pool that is a perfect bonus, even on cooler days. Thoughtful amenities include water dispensers throughout the house and grab-and-go breakfast options like fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, and instant oatmeal. While the breakfast is appreciated, those seeking a full hot breakfast may find neighborhood options lacking. Overall, it is a great property with a fantastic location, and most guests would absolutely stay here again and plan to return.
Lovely place to stay, close to the center of the Capital Hill nightlife. Particularly good during Pride.

I stayed for 2 nights at the Gaslight Inn. The location is wonderful, the hosts very attentive and welcoming. I stayed in room 202, which was lovely. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again the next time I’m in Seattle.
