Seattle Holistic Center DBA Sri Janani Yoga offers supportive prenatal and postnatal yoga classes led by caring teachers who understand pregnancy and postpartum needs. I’m 27 weeks pregnant and have been taking the Wednesday prenatal yoga classes since week 16. I highly recommend- such an amazing community, a chance to meet other women going through pregnancy, and all of the moves make my body feel great! Would highly recommend and will continue until baby gets here

I started attending mommy and me yoga when my baby was 5 weeks old. It's so fun to watch all the babies develop over the weeks and months and make new mom and dad friends. It's been such a great community for postpartum support and parenting advice and I'm so glad I found it.

This yoga studio got me through prenatal and post natal, great supportive teachers who know pregnancy and post partum issues through and through. Lots of tears and smiled shared here, a great community.
