Both the room and bathroom are clean and the location is good.In particular, when I rushed back to the hotel by Uber because I had a cramp in my leg during the trip, she saw me limping at the hotel entrance and without even asking for it, the female staff member at the hotel entrance hurriedly brought a wheelchair and very kindly took me to the hotel room.So I just ordered dinner at a place on the first floor of the hotel and it was decent. In particular, the fish and chips tasted fresh.

Worst experience at a Marriott. “Waterfront” shouldn’t be in their name because they are not waterfront. Location is the only thing decent about this place being walking distance to most attractions. There was yellow urine stains on the bottom of the shower curtain in our room. We paid over $200 for a room across the hall from the maid closet, where they are talking and laughing extremely loud at 8am. We were also right at the end of the hotel on the side where there is A LOUD TRAIN ALL DAY ALL NIGHT. It was the worst room you could possibly imagine. The front desk associate at check out was so rude when asked why we were CHARGED A PET FEE OF $100 when I have a SERVICE ANIMAL. We said “Tthere is a charge even for service animals?”, and she said “yes”. Lied right to our face. It says VERBATIM on the website “a service animal will not be charged a pet fee”. My dog was wearing a service animal vest, she is only a 4lb puppy in training to alert for onset of my seizures and is nothing short of a well- behaved, discreet, angel. I’m disgusted with how I was treated here and on top of the excessive fees ($200+ for the night stay plus another $200 for the pet fee, taxes, “destination fee”), the quality of our experience was DESPICABLE. I’m beyond outraged and disheartened over the discrimination of my state of health and my dogs abilities being assumed. I absolutely will be calling the BBB, corporate, and who knows if the manager of the hotel will call me back as I requested, because the front desk was giving me an attitude about asking for that as well.

I have stayed at many hotels in Seattle to go to my favorite place... Pikes Place Market, but this place ROCKS!!! The staff was super cool, helpful, and accommodating; and the food was delicious ?. I met some supercool people there along the way. Also...Did I say the staff was cool. Those ladies at the front desk were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! ?

This hotel price gouges with the worst of them. Additionally, if you check out a day early, even if it is BEFORE 11am (the stated checkout time), they will insist you’re “not allowed” to change your reservation and you have to pay for the final night. Never mind that their cleaning staff hasn’t left for the day by 11am. Never mind they will rebook the room and make double the money that night. It’s just bad business. Lots of options for Marriott in Seattle. I won’t bother with this place again.

It has good rooms and is close to Pier 66 and the market. But the restaurant is not the best.

Best hotel in Seattle. Located so close to pike street and all other attractions, it made it easy to walk to lumen field this summer for Taylor Swift and Mariners games Highly recommend trying the clam chowder at the restraunt it is fantastic.
