From the very off, it’s service with a smile. Reception good and efficient, rooms absolutely great. Everywhere in the hotel staff smiley and helpful. Great couple of days to relax after a lot of travelling. Thank you

Perfect location across the pier for NCL, within walking distance to many attractions, places to eat and aquarium! Staff was so helpful and friendly. We liked this property!
