Very very bad service and experience. Gas pump line not even attached properly and was blaming the customers that it was their fault. When is it a common occurrence that people need to check if their gas line is connected to the station. Not anyone’s fault but the people working there!!! Lazy and useless. Also always has homeless folks posted up there trying to ask for $2. Don’t come here.

Don't buy gas here if you plan using Fred Meyer discount on fuel even though the register asks the block your ability to use it what's the point especially if prices are going up ridiculous

How is it possible that if I provide a service here I don't have the right to use the bathroom? This is unacceptable. I've seen a lot of bad reviews about this place and honestly, these people are disgusting. I don't know how they hire people like that.

The staff are unpleasant, the facility is disgusting, and the food gave me food poisoning. Even though advertised as having a restroom available via Google, they refused to let me use it even though I needed it to throw up as they don't allow for public use. I can understand for them to control access for the homeless and those deemed undesirable, however, I'm far from that and could have used some grace and compassion as I obviously wasn't well and was forced to disgrace myself by doing such disgusting business outside.

Be forewarned: This gas station is altogether inaccessible with the construction. I drove around for 15 minutes trying to get there with no luck. Happy to change my review but as a Google maps user, I can’t access this station.
Update: Changing my rating because the owner was attentive and responded. I'm sure they have no control over the construction. I reported the issue to the department of transportation hoping that they can help.

I already have low expectations for gas stations but this one is the worse by far. The worst and by far the rudest employees, they close the inside whenever they want, and some stuff is expired. This establishment employs people who expect to get paid just for being there. Trifling as hell

Disgusting place. The staff won't open the restroom, even when I buy something. Arguing that the toilet does not work, it does not work for them on a regular basis.

Pulled into this Shell/Circle K locations at 5:45 am. Employee says 5 minutes they will be open. Okay no problem. 5:50 comes n goes other employees show up. One seems to be a bit grumpy, as my wife checks the status periodically being told around 5 after 6am that she still needs to count the till with quite the attitude. Wife remains polite brushing off any bad energy. No need to continue. Point being if your going to work in customer service, Cashier March 1st 2024... your perception and attitude will play a huge roll in your success. Be true to yourself.
