Whenever I go to this shell, the employees’ behavior is very bad and rude, especially the manager’s. One time I even saw her shouting at her own employees. But yesterday when I went there, an Indian girl was working there and she was the best and nice customer service thanks for hiring her she is so nice

I always love your car wash service. It would be great to add a sign to let ppl know that it’s better to not drive into the wash station until the previous car leaves. It occurred to me several times that if a car drives in too early, the washing system may got wrong and give misleading signs or start the next car wash... read full comment
