Customer stop by Costco and got a T‑Mobile store inside. The location provided excellent service and very convenient. A employee helped the Customer replace a SIM card and consider a new phone. The interaction was great and the experience was fantastic. It was the best Customer service in a long time. The store is awesome and provided great service with excellent employee. The young man give 5 stars for excellence. Customer will be buying a new phone shortly. Same great experience usually get at Costco. Inside Costco rules and policies the employee helped.

A few days ago I stop by Costco to covert my old cell phone to a new one, and was helped by a young man by the named of Travis.Travis provided excellent service, and I left the location with the best Customer service experience I'll had in long time. I'll give this Young man 5 stars for excellence!

It's very convenient that there is a T-Mobile store inside costco.
