We’ve been to BT numerous times and always enjoy it, the food is amazing the service is impeccable! This latest visit was a bit under previous experiences in timing of dinner delivery and the temperature of the steak was incorrect. With grace and humility, the manager came to visit the table and work to correct the situation. Justin went above and beyond to correct and we greatly appreciate his and Kelly, our server, efforts to correct the situation. They more than compensated for the kitchen error. Mind you, we’ve been many many times and this is the first blip and correction! By far the best steak in town and stellar service! Will always recommend to anyone who asks. Thanks Justin and Kelly for the service, hospitality and enjoyment of our special dinner out.

Dark dinning area, for $85 ribeye, there were enough connective tissues to build a trampoline. I have to say, beef fat fries, Mac and cheese, and mushroom side dishes have that going for them. So overall, it's nothing to write home about and atleast I tried it.

The two hostesses at the door have a serious attitude problem. They are entitled and arrogant. I don't understand why.Regardless, the food and table service were excellent. The hostesses need to find a different job.

So i went for take out, ordered an aged nyc strip and a denver cut strip. The company decided it would be a good idea to name the items with two names. For instance the denver cut was also called the "zabutan". So the poor hostess couldnt find the order. She was very sweet though. Another employee who assumed i was an "issue" because i was standing there for so long, came up with a huff and puff to "assist" the hostess. To his surprise and with an attitude change he couldnt find it either. A manager then comes up with the same huff and puff to be suprised. And tells her the actual name NOT listed on the menu. They take my order and i wait. Again the hostess was awesome. I got my order went home, and take a bite, now im suprised at my deep red steaks even though i order them both medium well, they both were under well and tasteless. There was no salt, very little seasoning and blood. So i had to recook my $200 steaks. I will never go here again. Ruths Chris is MUCH tastier and much cheaper. All together i think the steaks should be less then 50 bucks. Butchers Table is a rip off, and the atmosphere is played out. Terrible experience but at least they have one of the best hostess in seatlle.

Great fine dining spot. We had a large group seated and food came out perfectly. Can’t wait to go back for a romantic date night. Mushrooms as side and special steak was my favorite. The food was so good, I forgot to snap a photo.

The food was terrific! The restaurant is beautiful! The server was slower and dull but the sommelier was so helpful! Definitely coming back for another juicy steak.

After one year and a half in Town, some friends made me find this incredible gem: warm, amazing service; beautiful location for both couples and friends’ parties; incredible high quality food, the best meat I ever eat in this Country and let’s talk about the list of the wines.. Absolutely recommended if you want to be sure to have an incredible dinner in Downtown. I would say: PERFECT!!

I came here with my partner to celebrate my birthday and it was amazing! It was my first time trying beef tartare, so I was a little hesitant, but it was delicious! As well as the honeynut squash, and the steak cuts. In general the food was amazing, and the best was the service, it was above and beyond! Definitely an experience that I won't forget.

Food is generally great here! Shortcomings would be that the menu lacks non-steak dishes for the main course, their best ice cream flavors are seasonal, and they got rid of their mashed potatoes (which were a great go-to side).

I eat steak more than any other food, so I eat at a lot of steak houses - especially in downtown Seattle. I decided that lunch here would be a good introduction to see how dinner might be. The service was all around excellent, friendly and prompt, and the atmosphere during the day was great. The food however, was underwhelming. The 8oz 'eye of rib' was cooked just right, but was lacking flavor - perhaps both the meat itself and seasoning. Some of salad pieces were brown, and the salad was just ok. For the same price I can get a 22oz ribeye from other places, so it just wasn't a good value overall. If I return I might try one of the wagyu selections, hoping for better results.
