The property features a lovely courtyard and gorgeous garden, a good gym, and an underground parking lot. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, and have great layouts. The staff and management team are consistently nice, super helpful, friendly, and professional. They are responsive and work tirelessly to meet resident needs. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. The leasing office provides regular fun events and activities, like Game Night, to foster a sense of community. The Corydon provides a Quietly Awesome experience in a very convenient and safe neighborhood.
As a resident of The Corydon Apartments since early 2020, I have been impressed with both the Management here and the Maintenance Team, who have consistently and promptly taken care of each request and necessity. I appreciate their kind professionalism and excellent service.
