The Corydon offers a vibrant and inspired living experience in a convenient location. It is situated just one block from University Village's shopping and dining and close to the University of Washington. The Burke-Gilman Trail is right outside, perfect for jogging or cycling. The property features a lovely courtyard and gorgeous garden, a good gym, and an underground parking lot. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, and have great layouts. The staff and management team are consistently nice, super helpful, friendly, and professional. They are responsive and work tirelessly to meet resident needs. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. The leasing office provides regular fun events and activities, like Game Night, to foster a sense of community. The Corydon provides a Quietly Awesome experience in a very convenient and safe neighborhood.
The gutters around the apartment are loud, dripping water on rainy days. I asked for help and the issue is fixed in the end. Other than this, the living experience here is nice.

Fire alarm has gone off at least 10 times since we moved in March. This is not an exaggeration. The building itself and the people working here are good though.

Been a good home. I like the neighborhood, it’s a convenient location. Apartment has been quiet. Gym is nice, private garden in back is really good hangout spot. Maintenance guys are cool. Manager Chelsy actually cares about the residents!
