I moved to the Terry Denny Building a couple months ago and have since been very impressed by the great management and how quiet the building is, creating a sanctuary in the downtown area. The best of the city living in this spot and close to all of everything you want to do. Could very well be Seattles best kept secret.

Management is amazing and attentive, they always seem to be available if an emergency arises or for general questions. The building is gorgeous, a truly unique historic apartment in Seattle with modern amenities. Dog friendly, with no breed discrimination. Highly recommend!
