Had been using Toyota of Seattle since moving here in 2019. We bought a pre-package of maintenance services before Covid and our commuting habits changed. Toyota of Seattle service department has not honored the package saying it expired and does not want to consider the change in mileage of working from home. Was also up, sold a chip window shield sealant by an employee that was looking to charge as a third-party and was in a management position. I would be very wary of this business and make sure you have read all the fine print and are comfortable with , the upselling and side-selling.

Thank you, Daniel!!! I never really thought I’d buy an almost-new car from a dealership let alone want to recommend it so whole-heartedly, but Daniel and the whole crew here guided me through such a great car-buying experience. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership.I came here because of the convenient location and am so glad I did. Daniel was helpful, honest, patient, and FUN to work with; he really listened to what I wanted and went WAY above and beyond my expectations.I’m a picky, head-strong, meticulous person who needs to have all the details before I make a decision, and I never felt judged or rushed as I asked a million questions and asked to see soo many different cars. I felt like *I* was leading the process and Daniel (and Gabriel and the front desk staff) were there to support my journey.I drove in with an old Prius on its last legs and rolled out with a beautiful Venza Hybrid that I know will keep me safe and happy for many years to come.Come here for the most down-to-earth, human car-buying experience ever! ❤️ Stay for the superb coffee machine.

we recently purchased a Toyota 4Runner and Robert Gutierrez was our sales rep. From the beginning we appreciated Roberts communication, prompt response time, engagement and professionalism. We have been shopping around for this car for a few months and have experienced ALOT of sales manipulation techniques from other dealerships that were just off-putting. Robert was the complete opposite. From the beginning he was straightforward, he listened to what we wanted, he knew the market and the product, and he didn’t try to upsell us or use any door in the face engagement strategies to get a sale. He encouraged us to do our research but had the confidence that in the end, the best deal for what we wanted was through Seattle Toyota!! we LOVE our new car, we highly recommend Robert and the team we worked with. I never thought that I would be giving a five-star review of a CAR DEALERSHIP, but here we are. I've gotten my minivan serviced at Toyota of Seattle for a decade, and consistently had great experiences. They worked with me to decrease the cost of a repair, provided a grace period after my prepaid maintenance had expired. Their lobby is a legit place to work and hang out, lots of natural light and coffee and couches. I'm sure there are cheaper places to get my car serviced, but I'm very pleased with Toyota of Seattle!

This week my partner and I spent many hours getting the “work around” from other Toyota dealerships while searching for our perfect Tacoma. We spent nearly 6 hours negotiating a price at a different dealership, which was still well above MSRP. We called Toyota of Seattle, and within 10 minutes, we were quoted an outstanding price (MSRP) with a discount, no hidden fees, and most importantly, no unnecessary negotiation and archaic sales tactics. Robert Gutierrez (our salesperson) was extremely friendly, straight forward, and made the sale simple and easy. Because of him, and the team at Toyota of Seattle, we were able to drive away in our dream truck that very next day. I strongly encourage those in the market to come here first if you want to save time, money, and ensure an honest, straightforward car buying experience.

While the young male salesperson was friendly and attentive, we had the complete opposite experience dealing with Alejandra M. Unprofessional and rude. She will not do any trade in estimates regardless. She would rather sit in front of the computer and basically act busy. Also, do not leave your vehicle keys with her. She leaves it unattended on the counter for anyone to grab and find your vehicle in the car lot. I don't know if she's afraid of people or lacks conversation skills. Every time we asked her a question directly, she whispers to her coworker who is next to her the responses. It was weird and very childish, but all I know is that she didn't want to deal with us and probably needed to go home. She needs retraining on customer service and protecting customers personal property.

I recently purchased a Venza from Toyota Seattle, and I must say, my experience was beyond expectation.Daniel, the gentleman who assisted me, played a pivotal role in helping me find the perfect car. I was pleasantly surprised by his delightful sense of humor, which made the entire experience enjoyable. Furthermore, his expertise and knowledge about the cars he was selling were truly impressive. Thanks to his guidance, I not only found the right car for me but also had a great time doing so.I highly recommend Toyota Seattle to everyone in search of a trustworthy dealership. First and most important: Raja & Kabir are the BEST. Please give them a raise. This was my first car and I didn't know anything about cars. They were very patient and helpful to me. They were so kind and helped me so much it's unbelievable. Awesome people all around. Unlike most dealerships, the sales department at this place is just another level. However, the finance and service departments are the complete opposite. They are very predatory. Josh from finance knew we had free 2-year maintenance from buying at this dealership but still misled us into buying an overlapping 5-year prepaid maintenance plan. He almost sweet-talked me into buying 9k+ of add-ons. When we tried to cancel he said he "can't do anything" and promised to send us a phone number to talk with Toyota Financial. In fact, multiple people at Toyota Financial confirmed he totally could have helped me more but chose not to, and I had to figure out all the phone numbers by myself as he did not send any phone numbers as he had promised. The service department here is several levels worse than Toyota of Bellevue. I got condescendingly talked down by a service adviser who didn't seem to give a damn about my business. They quoted me an insane 4 labor hours for just installing the Cat shield and almost an hour of labor for simply installing the wheel lock. I went to Toyota of Bellevue and had a fantastic experience with their service adviser (I still keep his card: Brandon Erickson) who actually care about my car and paid a lot of attention to the work done to my car from start to finish. They installed the cat shield for half the price quoted by Toyota Seattle and installed the wheel locks for free right on the parking lot without any appointment (and with a proper torque value)! In summary, buy car here, hug the salespeople, then just say no to the finance person's sweet talks, and go elsewhere for your car service & repair.

Robert in Sales found exactly the car I wanted: a 2023 RAV4 Prime PlugIn . This, after literally 2-years of contacting other, primarily out-of-state, dealers. Unlike demands of other dealers, Toyota of Seattle let us have it at MSRP and with no weird dealer-installed options. Thank you for a hassle-free experience, Robert. Very happy!

Bought a 4Runner with the help of Daniel Amaral. Rock star service including a video he made just for me - yep, he says my name and mentions some info I gave him so it's not a generic video. That got me in and he helped me find the Goldilocks 4Runner out of the many available. Fairly painless experience considering I was not planning to purchase that day

Good communicating with the service staff. I was able to get all of my questions answered prior to scheduling my appointment and the service receptionists was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get in on my chosen date no problem. There was a slight issue after having our vehicle returned, but we were able to work it out with our service rep BJ. We got our vehicle back in promptly for the secondary service and again, received plenty of commutation throughout the process. This isn’t the closest Toyota location to us since moving, but we’ll continue bringing our vehicle here because the service is unmatched at the other locations and the prices are reasonable.

I don't generally need to write reviews but I just had a terrible experience with Toyota. A few months back I took my truck in for a checkup, and they told me everything was fine and reported they checked my brakes. Fast forward to now, my brakes and rotators are FUCKED! I had to scramble to find someone last minute just to tell me what was really going on. Even this independent guy couldn't believe the initial diagnosis.I was so lucky to not get in a wreck once they did get shot. Because this was happening while I was driving!Not to mention they even damaged my right tail light and said they'd replace it the next time I brought it in.This isn't just bad service, it's a major safety issue. I expected way better from Toyota.

I would like to recommend this Toyota dealership because it’s fast and they will really try to help you whatever you need and answer all the questions without hesitation. I would also like to thank Mohammad Kabir for picking us up from the airport and accommodate us and really take good care of us when we were at the dealership. I would really recommend him, because he is not only selling the car, he was so passionate about the cars he is selling, he also knows all about the cars he is selling. I would also thank Ericka for doing all our paperwork’s and she was also very accommodating and have a positive attitude even if it was late at night. Over all I really like this dealership and I would go back again and do some business with them.
