Transaction was easy. Building is well lit, working elevator, and carts are available for load in. Highly recommend as they are cheaper than Public Storage and have actual people working onsite to assist.”

The parking lot, halls, and storage units are very clean. It looks like they must clean the halls pretty frequently. The indoor parking lot for loading and unloading feels very secure with a code to get into the building as well as the elevator. There are well-maintained carts for bringing things to and from the storage units. The elevators operate smoothly and quickly.

“Enterprise has done it again. This location far exceeded my expectations of a truck rental center. It was fast, easy to book online, professional and friendly staff, competitively priced and I’d highly recommend it. I always buy the insurance because your car insurance company might not cover everything that could happen to you or the truck you’re renting if there was an issue. Thankfully I did because there was a crack in the windshield upon my return. I had t heard or seen anything hit the windshield while using it and it wasn’t recorded to have been there when I checked out and left their center location. After leaving they let me charge my iPhone so I could order a Lyft back home.”
“I'm sure you guys are great, but your customer today was driving on i5 and 522 with an unsecured load including pretty large rocks that could easily shatter a windshield or worse.”

I originally went in uhaul site since they use to be affiliated with them but that was when they were First Ave Storage now they are now CubeSmart Storage. They were able to help me right away today and and got move in on my lunch break so it was awesome experience and again very helpful in my time of need. Don't forget for every new rental you get half off your first 3 months in.”

“Karla is an absolute superstar! Today i rented a truck from this location. My time for pickup was towards the end of the store's hours and i was running behind schedule. When i walked up, staff was leaving and had already locked up for the night. Karla saw me walk up to the door and answered with a smile asking for what I needed. She swiftly invited me in to help me out. She was kind, professional and efficient. It seems rare to see someone go over the top to help someone like this and Karla's demeanor was extremely refreshing. I will be sure to use this location for all moving needs from now on!”
“Even though the company over the phone kept not logging my move correctly which led to multiple set backs, Yvette at this location helped me out so much and did an amazing job finding my U-Box, setting the trailer up, getting me on my way, on top of managing all the work as the only employee there this afternoon.
