“Penske truck rentals are the absolute best, second to none. Customer service A+ I have never experienced customer service elsewhere on a consistent basis such as Penske employees. Honestly it's top tier, trucks and moving accessories aren't outdated raggedy and old.. rental rates on trucks and vans are not overpriced because of lack of trucks or vans, they always seem to have plenty and I have never been turned away because of a shortage. Moving comes with many challenges so if you like great customer service and up to date trucks vans moving accessories such as dollies with straps etc, I highly recommend you use Penske truck rentals, not going to throw shade at any companies in particular but will say Penske is the absolutely the best all around!”

“The main entrance for "ALL DRIVERS" is uphill and the second left is from the main warehouse entrance. You will see a downhill. Guard will open the gate for you. And just keep driving around the building til you see receiving. Door. Almost to the middle of the building.”

They made a note to call me if they found them and I felt taken care of. Ended up finding them in my dad’s bag, but the U-Haul team was very helpful!
