Very welcoming and friendly staff. I had to cash a few bonds and the two staff members that helped me were extremely friendly, efficient and accommodating.

There's something slightly Zombie-like at this Chase. Sure, the employees are friendly and nice but I can't help but imagine all of them getting eaten by the customers who simply stop standing in line, turn and put out their arms with that vaguely blank look on their faces and coming after my brains.... BRAINS!
