Feels like an old-fashioned neighborhood bank, where they greet you by name, while maintaining a professional relationship and service quality. Juan and Kristen are always very helpful with any issue that my family has. I’ve used many U.S. Bank branches around north Seattle over the years and this is the best one.

Love this bank. Representatives are kind and helpful. They will always make time for walk-in requests. The area is clean and inviting - my kids love going for the lolly pops and beverages.

I had an issue with my checking account and the teller at the bank was able to resolve it quickly.
