Arrived to discover that they had no record of appointment I thought I'd made! I must have skipped a step. But, no worries, Josh worked our car into the schedule. The car was serviced and the sometimes misbehaving windshield wipers checked out. The car was done by early afternoon. What could have been a stressful experience turned out to be a pleasant, professional one. l have been a Mazda fan ever since we bought an RX-100 back in the '70's.This is my fourth Mazda and the first from Lee Johnson. They are excellent to work with.

The guys have always been friendly and helpful I like the videos of seeing the work being performed. Their automated appointment setting system i think could use some work, but the guys and their service has always been good!

Had a recall fix and Raymond helped me out. They are very professional and not pushy with repairs. I did get asked to explore selling my car, but after declining they left it alone. Would recommend.
