I was asked by Lee Johnson to review my service. So here it is... Incredibly Friendly and personable. They always are. I come here for oil changes regularly . They do a routine check of all the vitals: "Full service report card".I'm spoiled, this car (2008 Mazda 3) hasn't needed much beyond an oil change and brake pads.But I have to report they were not responsive at all on this visit. They replaced a thermostat and water pump, flushed the coolant and did an oil change. I guess I got charged extra for telling them ahead of time what I guessed the issue was with the check engine light? 3 days to do this and over $1,600. They did have to get a part sent up from California. I get that... But still, the price seems high to me by about $7-800. I'll be going somewhere else in the future. Oh, but I did get a "free" loaner - and that was nice, it really was. Perhaps if I didn't have to call 3 separate times to find out the status I'd be happier. I guess I expect too much. Almost $1000 in labor?Again, I was asked to submit my review of my recent service experience, otherwise I'd just complain to my mates.

I've always gone to Lee Johnson to get all the work and maintenance done on my car since I have had it. You guys were comparable $ to other auto shops and I could just call up and make an appointment. In March 2023 I paid $79 dollars ($10 off because you could) and under $100 to replace my headlight. I could ask about a sound here or there and would be charge less then $100 for the labor on questions. BUT... just yesterday (7 months later) I am charge $129.95 for the oil change, $150.00 for the headlight and $215 of Labor for EACH question I had (but did not charge for the break question because of a confusing idea that I do need new breaks). And to top it off I am charged a 3% fee to use a credit card (I did not budget for $580). I cannot help feeling like your loyal Lee Johnson Mazda drivers are paying a huge price gouge for your NEW Lake City Way showroom. It was always worth it to come to Lee Johnson but now I got to rethink this and look for another mechanic. Sorry.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Came in prepared w everything I needed and left with the vehicle I was looking for in prob my fastest and best dealership experience thanks to PEYMAN! Great customer service no rush or pushy tactics. Kind and very professional. Business felt easy and comfortable. No stressful back and forth and very clear and transparent answers. Always was open and willing to let us think, decide, take our time in certain parts of the deal. Also respond time is on point. I would highly highly recommend contacting PEYMAN for a smooth dealership trip.Thanks for treating us like your personal friends vs average customers.

16 years of excellent service at Lee Johnson Seattle Service Dept. Consistently friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, profession service reps and technicians. I've done routine service and also repairs there on my two Mazdas, a Speed 3 and a 6 sedan, and I am always treated well. The techs there know about Mazdas and how to fix them and the reps are very helpful and nice. Highly recommended! Again!(They even recommended the BEST body repair person to buff out the goat hoof scuff marks left on my 6 by my friend's pygmy goats - represented in the accompanying photoshop! :) )Services: General repairs & maintenance

I have been having my CX-5 serviced here since I bought it in 2013. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. As is typical for a dealership, it's not the cheapest service option, but I know I am getting genuine parts and Mazda expertise. I like that they have all of my records so they know the history of my vehicle, and they always have parts in stock. Now they have started taking inspection videos and using on-line tools so that I can view and approve (or decline) their recommended repairs. It is very convenient. I highly recommend University Mazda.

Had a wonderful experience at Mazda of Seattle. Peyman was absolutely incredible to work with. He was super helpful and well educated about all the cars and their features. I came in on one day when he wasn't in and Dee was also fantastic in helping me out. I ultimately bought through Peyman because I found Mazda to fit everything I was looking for at a terrific price. I would work with Peyman again in an instant.

I had my Mazda serviced at Lee Johnson Mazda - University today. I was very happy with the service I received from the check in to the check out. Very responsive and straightforward. Sent a video with recommendations and a quote with no pressure. I highly recommend Lee Johnson Mazda. Mark was great and very easy to work with; appreciated his help and communication. My only complaint was the 3% charge to use a credit card.

Went in for routine maintenance. It’s very easy to schedule an appointment using their website and they send you helpful reminders. They are pleasant to work with and timely. I love the video report they show you for your car inspection.The location is nice too, since you can do grocery shopping and other errands while you wait.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I love going here for all of my Mazda’s needs! They send a video with exactly what they did on the inspection and offer great prices. I never feel like they try to oversell me and they always fully explain any recommendations or fixes my car needs. I had a positive car-buying experience at this dealership. Peyman did a thorough job of running me through different options and finding a car that would be a good fit for me. He was friendly throughout and did not pressure me to make any decisions until I was ready. Also very communicative even after signing papers - to coordinate pickup, payment, etc. The finance department was a bit hasty with getting my signatures and tacking on extras to the car, but they were kind enough to let me return the next morning and make minor adjustments to my selections.The dealership itself is clean and well-maintained, with lots of space to hang out if you are waiting around, and ample supply of cars in stock to test drive and check out.

The service advisor was empathetic to the fact that the problem with my car was difficult to diagnose, and may take additional troubleshooting. They worked with me on pricing options if that became the case.The technician was thorough in his review and I was confident, and also hopeful that the work he discovered in the evaluation was enough to correct the problem.

Everyone at Lee Johnson Mazda did a very good job. Was able to take explain everything to me all the work and maintenance that was getting done on my vehicle and they sent me a video which was very helpful to see the condition of some of the parts and vehicle.Service: Oil change
