Very polite, calm, and helpful people working there; nothing against them. I am disappointed from ups that printing a label (which I had assumed to be free or worst case just a few cents) costs $2. What’s worst, is that a plastic bag that I expected to cost around the same few cents (attached as a photo here) costed around $4 making a total of $7. The clothing company REI who I was shipping the pants to, had subtracted around $8 for the return. At that point, I already regretted returning my misfit pants :)

I’ve had several visits to this store, and each time the staff act extremely unprofessional. On one occasion, one of the employees physically pushed me and deliberately took my personal items without my consent—and the store didn’t respond at all.
Their service is consistently poor and unprofessional, and they try to tack on odd extra charges, like using tape to seal your box in unexpected ways, rather than clear pricing.
Seems the employee responsible no longer works there, but the store’s overall attitude and repeated poor service still make this place something I can’t recommend.

The staff were incredible! They had our whole passport application for our newborn daughter ready for us, including reformatting the JPG photo we sent to make it passport-friendly. I told them I’d stop by to pick everything up, and they went ahead and printed everything ahead of time. I also had to get another form notarized, and they were quick and efficient with it. Very impressed with this UPS location in particular!

Elsa refused to help us with our Amazon return and told us to come back when we had our stuff ready; this even though we already had it ready and were asking her questions related to her own UPS store. She sent us away and refused to process the return.

Ultimately I shouldn’t have had to come back just because Al was rude and unprofessional.

Both Elsa and Cloud helped me laminate 19 critical fire safety system documents that will ensure the safety of our responders and its 500 residents. I and all of the men and women that ensure that are grateful.
