ATM is inside the branch and not accessible after 5pm. What is the point of an ATM, if you can't get access to your money after hours?!

I met with Mohammed (or Mahumed), the bank accountant, when I went to deposit money into my account. He was very professional and handled everything quickly—it only took a couple of minutes. His communication was clear, polite, and helpful. Great customer service.

Very very dum. Ive been able to withdraw off my focus card with ease but not here apparently at this location they need my first name on the card . Buddy the card never had a first name and I've never had any type of issues in the past
