The staff here is too old and inefficient. UPS handled the return of Amazon very smoothly, but it was handled here. Because the employee was too old and could not use the computer well, I was asked to print the Label. Why doesn't UPS ask customers to print labels? Why do you have so much more trouble than UPS? How many times do I have to run to solve the problem? Waste my time. This Post office is like an ancient post office.

People makes all the difference! Sonja is absolutely a jewel and angel and incredible human! Everyone loves her, she made everyone smile during long waiting lines, I visited the office 2 times, and both were best experience ever in a post office!

Sonja is the BEST! Her postal knowledge and expertise, humor and patience puts everyone in line at ease. And the line is usually out the door! She offers the highest customer service and greets everyone with a smile. Sonja is the only reason I go to the Greenwood post office.

Post Office closes front entrance at 4:45PM when Post Office closes at 5:00PM. Don expect times to be accurate.
