About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that regularly delivers to every residential and business address. USPS is committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages to more than 157 million addresses in the United States, its territories, and its military bases worldwide. Processing and delivering 47 percent of the world's mail, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and constantly innovates to make customer experiences better. Customers have had mostly positive experiences at their local Post Officeâ„¢. The staff is described as friendly, helpful, and kind, going above and beyond to assist customers, such as by teaching them how to use the automated machines. However, some customers have encountered less approachable workers who appeared miserable and silent during their interactions. USPS is encouraged to provide more information to customers, through their website or social media, on how to utilize the automated machines, as some customers were unsure about their capabilities. Overall, the United States Postal Service is appreciated for its reliable and affordable delivery services, and its dedicated staff who strive to provide a positive customer experience.

The worker knows how to get fingerprints done in the machine. The machine gets an error easily. In SoDo location the worker did not how to do it at all.

The PO in White Center in the Westwood Village complex is always clean & orderly, with staff who are friendly & helpful. Even though I live in West Seattle and have a closer one at the Alaska Junction, I make the extra effort and trip to get to this one since I know I will be taken care of well!
