“Been bringing my business’ packages here for almost a year now and have consistently received the kindest and most professional service one could hope for. Very nice and patient people working here. I know post office retail work can be brutal so these people really deserve an award of some kind”

“People makes all the difference! Sonja is absolutely a jewel and angel and incredible human! Everyone loves her, she made everyone smile during long waiting lines, I visited the office 2 times, and both were best experience ever in a post office!”

“Everyone here was super nice, attentive and did everything they could to save me money on some packages I had to ship. Not what I was expecting from a post office; very pleasantly surprised!”

“Today I had a simply phenomenal experience at the post office. I'd never sent a piece of certified mail and the gentlemen with the beard who helped me was beyond kind and understanding. If you need to visit USPS, I highly recommend this location!”

“Miele? Mele? I’m not positive on the spelling of the postal clerk that holds it down at the Pioneer Square USPS location, but she’s solid GOLD! That location can be sketchy at times to navigate, but I go here because I love interacting with her! She’s SO friendly, upbeat, personable, helpful and inviting. She brings a little bit of home into her space and makes her customers feel like family. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! Such a smart hire!* Note: This is a small location with one person working. They close for lunch break from 2-3:15”

“It's a small place and lines can form outside the building during peak times. But, it's very convenient for folks that live in Magnolia. There are many times when it's an easy in and an out. Most important the staff are cheerful and always very helpful. Btw, they are also open on Saturdays!”

“Need something done quick, need something done right then this is your place to go. Friendly staff and always welcoming. Special shout out to Vadim & Mila for always welcoming with a smile and being helpful”

“Helpful, competent, and friendly people working here. Tends to be lines but it moves along. Things are in general disrepair - not their fault - a product of (lack of) federal funding.”

“Post office made a mistake with my package, but Jeremiah fixed the issue and was really apologetic. Went above and beyond. I was really impressed. Thank you Jeremiah!”

“I’ve had a post office box at this location for over 10 years. I really appreciate what a great job these guys do. The staff is friendly and efficient. My favorite thing is that they have parcel lockers so if I get something big they just put a locker key in my PO box-super convenient! There’s plenty of parking if you include the spots on the east side of the building. Best of all I don’t have to worry about my mail and packages getting stolen.”

“Super nice lady and very nice location, especially compared to the other one in downtown that even feels a bit unsafe, this one is kind of hidden an office building. It took me a moment to find it, it is next to the fitness club on the 3rd avenue lobby.”

“I'm surprised I'm going to say this but this is my favorite USPS location. They are always really nice and helpful. Luckily I live close and will be sad when I move, I have been to other locations while running errands and this is by far the best. This includes the ones I visited when I lived in GA.”

“I use this post office quite often and the service is friendly and reliable. It does get quite busy during peak hours, but that’s to be expected. During off hours times, you can be in and out super quickly. The staff is great.”

“This USPS Post Office has long been a staple of the corner of 3rd Avenue and Union Street. The clerks do their best (for the most part) and they don't need to hear that your day is ruined because you had to wait a few minutes to get called up. They give you an avenue to complain if you insist: the QR code on your receipt bottom directs you to an online survey. They all get read.”

“Whenever I had to visit their employees were friendly and efficient, not sure why they get so much hate. Just make sure you go during working hours - which are limited and inconvenient tbh hence minus one star.”

“My wife and I had a pleasant experience at this USPS location. The ladies working behind the counter were friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this location to anyone who wants good service!”

“It's centrally located in the U District so it's very convenient & they have a self checkout kiosk at the entrance (no QR code ?) They can be really busy but the wait isn't too bad.. ooh(!) They are really strict about the tape you use don't use priority tape if it's not a priority package & they don't have tape to use (unless you're priority..)”

“I've spoken with Brad twice in the last 6 months (both unrelated) and he is THE most helpful USPS worker I've ever encountered (and I've lived all over the country); he's quick, responsive, polite and has yielded me positive results. I just wanted this location know he's amazing.”

“anyone visiting here is likely doing so out of frustration over an error by USPS. mistakes happen, and l appreciate the service provided on those rare instances when i do have to head to the annex.”

“The employees here are lovely! They were kind enough to help us with fingerprints outside of the regular hours because we had driven there from Canada and couldn't find the hours anywhere online... They're only posted in person. So here they are, for anyone else needing to know!”

“Oh man, based on some of the grief here, I was scared I was never going to track down a *very* precious missing package, but not only did I get a personal phone call AFTER OFFICE HOURS just a few hours after filing a missing package report with USPS, when that lead to a dead end, I caught the extremely awesome carrier on this route and he helped me find it even though it had been three days since it was misdirected! (Due to a mistake on the address line, not USPS.) Really grateful for the help from the helpful folks in 98115 North Seattle!”

“A man bashing me because I am Asian, but with the nice and calming words of the head staff here helped me stay calm. Although that man was too much for me to handle.”
