“Eric has helped me with so many random packages and complicated international document shipping, ecy.. I love my local post office, you guys make my life so easy”
“I leave reviews for post office only after using it for a few months. This post office does the job done, it is friendly, and the lines if they are there, move quickly.
Mel is a sweetheart and treats everybody as her neighbor and friend.
This location has a self-service kiosk, it does not work in about 20% of my visits, and in this case I use the live agents. Both the kiosk and live help work well.
The closing time is 6pm, and they are open on Saturdays till 3pm, which helps a lot.”

“Out of ALL the USPS in the greater Seattle area, I will still take the light rail to deliver my mail at this location. Not only is Suzanne the best, I’ve been coming here for the past 3 years and they’ve always delivered my stuff on time or even earlier!
I live by UW, but even though there’s a drop box next to me, I’ll stick pick up come here instead. Keep up the good work!”
“I'm always nervous about official things for some dumb reason but my man Dino helped me apply for a passport like a boss. The guy was very helpful, called me by my first name, really just made the process a no hassle affair. The post office is lucky to have him.”

“Amelia was great she took care All of my questions and had great customer service. I highly recommend her to be your number one to go to for your Shipping and storage needs In the neighborhood of the Highlands.”
“I had a really positive experience at this USPS branch. The staff were very kind and patient in answering my questions. In particular, I want to thank one of the supervisors who wears glasses. I do not know his name, but he was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful.
I was confused about why my mail was being sent to my old address, and he quickly helped us identify the issue and resolve it. We also were not very familiar with some USPS tracking and mailing statuses, and he took the time to look into everything for us and patiently answered all of our questions.
I really appreciated his professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to help. Thank you for the excellent customer service.”

“Miele? Mele? I’m not positive on the spelling of the postal clerk that holds it down at the Pioneer Square USPS location, but she’s solid GOLD! That location can be sketchy at times to navigate, but I go here because I love interacting with her! She’s SO friendly, upbeat, personable, helpful and inviting. She brings a little bit of home into her space and makes her customers feel like family. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! Such a smart hire!* Note: This is a small location with one person working. They close for lunch break from 2-3:15”

“The staff at this location seem to be nicer snc personable than other locations in Seattle. I typically use the kiosk but when i haven't been able to self checkout, my encounters were pleasant and quick. It's a cute older historic building.”
“Came in on a Monday afternoon and was in and out in under 10 minutes! The guy who helped me was friendly and gave me a tip to save money on mailing in the future. Wanted to leave this review since there are so many negative ones but they were moving the line quickly and the employees were all kind”
“I read up on reviews and made sure to budget ~30 minutes for my visit (in my case it wasn’t needed but I could see if your mail is harder to find, you would need the time). I visited on a Saturday morning and did not had to wait long to speak with someone at the annex. I’d recommend making sure you’ve got your delivery slip (and filled out) plus your ID as you’ll need all that to retrieve your mail. Nice folks and got great service and helpful info.”
“They are literally crazy about batteries here. Take them out of the toys if you can. Spent about 15 minutes looking up the batteries in my led poi, only to tell me no. Line was out the door, only 1 person working. Do your own research. Most of the time this place is great.”
“FYI- General Delivery is between 10AM and 12 PM Mon- Fri. Your not going to get these people on the phone to answer any questions, comments or concerns. Its going to be a 45 min wait just to speak with anyone in customer service.”
“It small but the lines move fast. The Postal clerk I always deal with is courteous, professional and even though she is wearing a mask I can feel her smile. It is my favorite place for money Orders and to purchase stamps.”

“I know it's hard to understand when you can't receive help. However I have lived in the same neighborhood moving a couple blocks over for over 15 years and I still have the same mailman.
I also found out that when your boxes are broken into they go above and beyond and have your mail at the annex so it's safe.
Here's the part many people may not know. The mailboxes installed in multi-family locations, condos, apartments, etc. The mailboxes if broken into are not actually able to be repaired by the post office. There is a third party vendor as the parts are hard to source. That vendor told me that he works full time now repairing mailboxes that were broken into. Isn't that a huge eyeopener. His job has increased so much and this Annex still comes out caring for us to get our mail and holding it.
I love my mail guy and I appreciate the politeness of the people here at this Annex. I'm amazed how people at these locations work tirelessly for us.
And I thank them. It definitely can't be easy.”

“After being told at Wedgwood post office that they could not issue my PM express refund that was not delivered by the guaranteed delivery date in their local office and unavailable online, I was advised to call USPS Customer Service who could. The USPS agent told me I was given incorrect information and advised me to request a refund online or go to a local postal office for an in person refund not necessarily Wedgwood. The postal clerk at Lake City was efficient and well informed, issuing my refund after having me complete a refund form. I could have saved time had I gone to Lake City office first.”
“Amazing customer service from Val, who helped me track down a package that had been looping in and out of WA for a month. As others have said, such a hard-working team! Visit in person if you need their help and I'm sure you'll receive it.”

“I was getting my first prepaid priority envelope today. And the young gentleman working there, helped me with step-by-step instructions on a very calmly manner. He even highlighted the necessary things that I need to know. What a pleasant experience.”
“The Asian man who was working at the front desk on the afternoon of Friday, April 24 provided great customer service. As always, pack your patience when dealing with a government agency, but thank you for your help!”
“I had a great experience at this USPS location thanks to Wayne. I came in for FBI fingerprinting without realizing they have already closed for that service earlier in the day. I was bracing myself to hear I would have to come back but Wayne kindly made an exception and took care of it right then and there.
It's rare to find someone willing to go out of their way like that, especially near the end of a service window. He saved me a return trip and a lot of hassle and I really appreciated it.”

“Staff who helped me for my fingerprint was very nice. Thank you!
I read reviews that they do the service only before 3pm and they weren't available sometimes.
So, I called them and check it before leaving home.”
“The phone was answered promptly today when the outgoing message was finished, and I received great help from Brian about a delivery issue. He called me back immediately after he did a bit of research. Brian was polite and concerned, and I really appreciate that.”
“I was in there this afternoon, the clerk whose name is think was Monique (?) was wonderful!! My qr code was not working, she was apologetic and reassuring, finally worked. d During this time, she answered questions and helped others while we all worried about the cheating baby chick's someone ordered and had not picked up ....she was the only clerk and was outstanding!!!!! thank you for being such a cool person.”

“At this post office these two ladies provide excellent service: Ciara & Chen! Ciara is helpful with direct communication style. Chen is knowledgeable. These are the postal ladies to see.”
“I don’t usually write reviews for post offices, but WOW the staff here are so kind and helpful! I don’t mail things often, but they made the process easy and offered amazing service. I have come back here twice and had the exact same experience both times. It gets a little busy during lunch hour and immediately after work, but the line never takes too long.”
