Super uncomfortable experience with Kyle. Was unclear and trying to haphazardly help two customers at once while upselling his services. While I was waiting and using my phone, he asked me if I was looking up reviews and promised me I’d only find good reviews then back tracked and said I may find one from a crazy customer. After deciding it was taking too long and feeling uncomfortable, I left, with him saying everything he could to keep me in the store. 5 minutes later while walking in the street I was yelled at and he had followed me trying to give me a phone number to call. Absurd, not chill, and kinda creepy. Felt unsafe, apart from even the poor customer service. The homeless man standing next to me commiserated as I was being chased by the Verizon rep. That’s when you know things are getting spicy.

Zero customer service, no response to emails, no corporate follow-up, no store manager, no one answers the phone and your staff are too busy to help guests in person. This is a tech retail store that fails to sell, your better off having AI, robots or dogs help you humans have zero social skills and do not know how to do their job. Corporate needs to shut this location and many others down. If everyone is complaining about the same thing it means you have no leadership furthermore no more business. Don't go here you were warned!

We had numerous issues with having application holds and having to talk with corporate but Kyle got everything fixed and worked way past closing time two nights in a row....I'd recommend him to anyone!

My husband and I went in on Saturday, 7 June and were lucky enough to have Kyle be in the store. We didn't know this when we walked in. He was the only one working that day. We came in to exchange/upgrade our iphones. His customer service was amazing. We thought, based on our experience at the downtown store, that we would have to set up and do everything ourselves at home. We did not. He walked as carefully through all our options (services on the phone, which bundles was best, etc.), answered all my questions (lots), put on our screen protector (went for the Liquid Steel 360), and then through the full set up on the new phones. Kyle was funny, kind, and knowledgeable. He treated every person with respect that came into the shop while we were there. This included someone that was dealing with a stolen phone and whose replacement wasn't ready for pickup (the man left frustrated but that was just because he had been having a really difficult week). It also included a young man with not great credit that wanted to get a new phone for vlogging. Kyle was great. I didn't realize that spending almost two hours in Verizon getting an upgraded phone would actually be fun. Thank you Kyle!!

There's literally one employee at this store who doesn't act like helping you is some monumental chore 🤣 if you end up with the blonde guy Kyle waiting on you just do yourself a favor and go anywhere else... I go two train stops and blocks out of my way to go to a store who treats you like a customer and not a chore now 🤷

Went in to pick up a modem for my new internet, idk what happened but somehow my account is showing that I picked up two modems because the guy couldn’t find my original order. When I went back to the store, per Verizon customer service, the young lady that I spoke with initially didn’t want to help and I was met with attitude until I essentially begged her to just look at my account. Maybe I caught her on a bad day or something, but you shouldn’t be met with resistance when the customer is saying they have a problem. I’ve been on the phone back and forth with Verizon because of this store’s mistake. They also charged me a set up fee, which they’re not supposed to do even if they are an affiliate and not a direct Verizon store.

I spoke with Kailani who was SO helpful. She interpreted all that occurred and it turns out there was fraud. I had called customer service but speaking with her face to face helped in so many ways for me to understand what was happening. She was a dream! Thank you!

The staff here are really great. There is a handsome, courteous. And hard working! young gentleman. I often find him working alone but he's very good at seeing people leave with positive results. The Capital Hill location is the one to visit for anything Verizon.
