I had been putting off buying a new cell and tablet. I just don't patience to go into a retail store.My representative Kailani was attentive and patient in handling the process of upgrading my cell.She took the time to ensure each customer that entered the store, they would be helped asap. Five stars for customer service.I felt comfortable in this environment.Will definitely be returning in the future for any wireless needs.

After months struggling with AT&T, I made the best move to transfer service to Verizon. Both Verizon store Reps were absolutely knowledgeable, professional and super cool. I upgraded my phone, they were honest and upfront about expectations and that is enough to keep me as a customer.

TL;DR don't pick up your online order here.I bought a couple phones online and used this location for pickup since both phones were listed as in stock here. Chose the "locker" option to so I could be in an out quickly. Never got an email that they were ready, so I showed up on my way home from work to check (website said they should be ready within 2 hours).Got to the store, all inventory is in a time delay safe so waited ~15 min for the guy to check if they were ready. They were not. Thought it was a bit odd but figured maybe the website had an issue with their inventory or something.Two days later, still no notification. Stopped by the store again to check if they were ready. This time the rep basically told me they are having trouble getting those phones in stock (many other stores in the area show them as in stock) and I should call Verizon to cancel my current order, then come into their store and place a new order. This baffled be a bit because he just mentioned they were having trouble getting those phones in stock, so I'm not sure how placing a new order would help other than give him commission for the phones.He didn't offer any details on when my current order would be available so I just left. A day later I got a notification that my order was canceled because I didn't pick it up with 4 days of placing the order.

Michael is my hero- absolutely no exaggeration. Slammed and working alone, he somehow managed to help myself and everyone (like, 5 people??), and all at closing no less. This dude was all smiles, polite, knowledgeable, and quick. All of the other stores were closed when I went searching for a verizon location and like- thank goodness?? Because I am fully convinced I would not have received this level of service at another location. I thought I would have to cancel a $1000 trip because I wouldn't be able to get a phone in time, and instead I get the nicest phone I've ever owned AND I get to go on my trip with no delays. Amazing experience and I will choose this location every time from here on out!

Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. The employee completely ignored me, didn't even bother to greet me or any other customers who came into the store. He was very slow. Never even got a chance to be helped. After sitting for over an hour waiting I decided to leave and go to a different location. This store obviously needs more help. 1 employee is obviously not enough. The gentleman working was clearly not equipped to efficiently do his job. Very disappointing. I hope someone will read this and be able to avoid wasting their time attempting to seek any amount of customer service at this location, let alone being helped at all. Would have been helpful to at least get a hello or an estimated wait time. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star.
