The bank has great customer service and knowledgeable, friendly staff. Workers explained how to move savings to a higher interest money market account and told about a yield that helps earn more yearly versus a gold market. Service is exceptional, attentive, kind and courteous. Customer feel the workers always looking out for me and have good interest; recommend the bank to everyone. The West Seattle branch has been helping with CDs and account transfer. The experience is impressive and the bank is amazing.

WA Federal is an amazing bank! I was told about a yield money market today that helps me earn more yearly versus a gold money market. I feel like the workers are always looking out for me and has me in good interest. Definitely recommend this bank to everyone!
