After cancelling my service due to moving, Wave G continued to charge me for multiple months. I have reached out three times for a refund, each time I was promised a refund and have yet to receive one. This has been going on for the past 6 months. I advise to avoid this company if there are other options.

BAIT AND SWITCH! I looked to sign up for a $45/mo internet offer ($55/mo less $10/mo direct debit discount). WHen I check out, there was a WHOPPING $22.87 in "taxes, fees, and surcharges" - bringing the total to over $87/mo. I clicked to see detail and it only said "$6.95 Infrastructure fee and 2% administrative fee"... I abandoned the order and went with Comcast who had faster service for less money.

I was charged $25 3 separate times for having my credit card declined while actively ON THE PHONE with a representative to try to resolve the issue. This representative told me to keep making attempts to make the payment go through without ever informing me I would be charged every single time I tried to make a payment and it didn’t go through, and after the last attempt I was told it went through only to find a $15 late fee on my bill a few weeks later. I then tried to pay the outstanding balance online but they restricted all of my credit cards (including ones that had never been used to make a payment) on my account with absolutely no explanation whatsoever, and when I called about it they told me I was required to go in person to make a payment, forcing me to go out of my way and drive all the way to their location just to pay the bill. Absolutely terrible experience and atrocious customer service, I have no idea how they still exist with such scummy business practices and disgusting fees tacked on left and right without any explanation to the customer. I’m canceling my service with them immediately and would never recommend them to anyone, run as far as you can from this horrible company.

I had great service via Astound until I moved. I used Astound at my new apartment, and it was so unreliable. We had three techs come out and try to fix things, each one saying that the changes the previous tech had made were ineffective. After a senior tech came out, we had reliable wifi for the first time in months. In the last two weeks, we have had internet go out almost every other day for as long as over 24 hours. Each time we have called, there are "outages" that they have no ETA on. Every time I need to use our wifi, I anticipate the worst. We are switching services after being loyal customers for almost 3 years.

Their customer service is the worst. The service was out at my place. I called and the technician said that they could tell that the problem was between my unit and the connection to the building and that I wouldn’t be charged for the service call. They came two days later to fix it. A month later I received a bill. I called customer service and they said. That the service person said I agreed to pay and declined an offer for a coverage plan. That was completely false. I said that they need to review the transcript from the call. They don’t have one or any record or notes. Just pay or service will be shut off. They suck and will be bankrupt soon enough.

Internet outages three to four times a month. Takes forever to fix. Charged me twice and said they can't refund. The worst Internet company I have ever dealt with. I have no choice because my apartment building has a contract with them.

Internet has been down in my entire neighborhood for almost 2 days now with no word on when it's coming back. Unacceptable level of incompetence.

Seattle outages are so frequent with Astound, just use Google Fiber instead (most customers are switching to Google anyway). Astound Broadband's customer service is vague and unhelpful as well as incredibly slow. For the current outage, I was offered only $11 credit for 3 days without service (over $100/month total at this point). Don't bother with this company

Unreliable internet provider. Overcharges for slow internet speed and when outages occur they take days to recover. Do not recommend whatsoever.

If I could give negative stars I would, whenever I have the opportunity to switch providers I will. Avoid if at all possible.
