Always had a teller ready to help me. Very friendly and also looked up when the bus would arrive to take me home as I am a recent Seattle Queen Anne Hill arrival.

Staff at this branch are friendly. Very slow service so be prepared to wait at-least an hour even during non-peak hours. But once you’re up, service is good along with timely follow up from the bankers.
Huge parking lot so it’s easy to go in anytime without the worry about parking.
