“I've rented multiple storage units over the years from all the big name corporate storage companies. West Coast Self storage is miles ahead of the rest. Firstly and most importantly the hours you can accsss your unit actually accommodate working people. Every other unit i have had is accessible 9am-5/6p, and even 2 were closed Sundays. I work 6 days a weel mon-sat 8am-6pm. so literally would have to take a vacation day to go put a couple things in my storage. West coast (at least Columbia city location) 6am - 10 pm 7 days. I have plenty of time to stop by before work if needed and plenty of time after. Hours are the only are where storage facilities can really set themselves apart from competition and WCSS does that. Allowing working people to access their units on their time and oh yeah they don't charge extra for after hour access. The cherry on top? at lest this location is the staff TOP NOTCH. Super friendly. sign for packages for me and call to tell me they came in. I could go on and on 10* /5”

“Returned to Secure Storage for the 2nd time when we had my nephew and his wife with 2 young girls come stay with us recently. We needed to make space in our downstairs so the girls had a place to sleep and needed to find a place to store all of the stuff that had been stored downstairs.
Melissa helped us get set up and walked us down to the unit.

“Karla is an absolute superstar! Today i rented a truck from this location. My time for pickup was towards the end of the store's hours and i was running behind schedule. When i walked up, staff was leaving and had already locked up for the night. Karla saw me walk up to the door and answered with a smile asking for what I needed. She swiftly invited me in to help me out. She was kind, professional and efficient. It seems rare to see someone go over the top to help someone like this and Karla's demeanor was extremely refreshing. I will be sure to use this location for all moving needs from now on!”

“Just want to give the two guys working today at the desk a huge shout out.
They were busy and also the app was glitching out. They helped me get a truck even though my time was somehow changed from 10a to 10p. They were both calm, cool, and completly knowledgeable. The truck was in great shape and this was the first time I have ever rented a car/truck and had a super easy and manageable time. Looks like this location has a good flow going even when the day was throwing some curves. They actually cared and reassured me about driving one of the box trucks since it had been a while, and even asked how everything went after and ended with a handshake. I might be old fashioned, but that is the stuff that sets you apart in my book for repeat business.
Just a really pleasurable experience and I look forward to working with them all again.

“Rented a newer model Silverado in excellent condition that towed our trailer with ease. Online rental system is clunky but it worked: took ~10min from arriving at the location (they geofence in the app and website) to getting the keys. The staff is very friendly! It's a busy location so expect a line if you need to go to the counter. We've used this location several times and they are seemingly constantly getting new vehicles, including some box vans with backup cams (finally!)”
“I had reserved a moving van, but it had broken down. Unfortunately, when I arrived, they didn't have one available that size to substitute. Fortunately, they immediately telephoned the nearest dealer, about 10 minutes away, & my needs were met right away. They were most friendly & helpful. When the need arises again, I will choose to use their services.”
