One of the worst laundromat I’ve seen. No parking except paid parking. No restroom to use. And no staff in place.

It’s good vibe. Just came back to SEA few months ago, was greeted “hi how are you” (turns out to be the individual who runs it). And offered a free-of-cost dryer-sheets.
