It is a clean, modern location that serves as a central point for transportation, connecting to the Seattle Center via the monorail and to the light rail. The architecture and lighting are impressive, providing a great backdrop for photos, especially near the Ben Street clock at night. Outside, a large open courtyard with a fountain attracts lunch crowds. While some find it a standard mall experience, others enjoy it for quick meals, shopping at nearby stores like Nordstrom, or warming up during a day out. It is noted for its practical convenience and as a pleasant place to walk around, with new food spots like a cookie shop adding to its appeal.
Not much to do here but the businesses in the center are a much needed service.

Westlake is a nice fun spread out area and I enjoy walking from block to block to store to store and not only enjoy shopping and window shopping but I enjoy looking at the architecture of the area is all very fascinating and beautiful and fun

A great way to get to The Space Needle, neighboring museums and downtown Seattle. The end of the line for the monorail will connect to the subway
Best for Christmas Shopping Because: Westlake Center means four floors of quality shopping, a food court and even the take-off point for a Monorail (that travels to Seattle Center).
