Zipcar has been good yet at the same time a bit annoying due to last minute cancellations after already getting a reservation. If someone else has a reservation and isn't ready to put the car back then give more options. Had to take three buses to work instead of being able to get the Zipcar to go to work.

Worst car rental experience and any service experience of my life. They charge exorbitant late fee (thrice the amount of hourly rate). Funny enough they just give like 10$ credits to the next customer who actually faced the inconvenience. What a con company. Shitty shitty shitty.

Charged me for a background check, got rejected, and they never told me why despite asking on multiple emails. Feels like I got scammed.
