“Shelly (owner) was absolutely a charm to work with. I lost my Acura car keys while vacationing at long beach. She went above and beyond to help me out to program my car keys. Also gave a discount as the technician was running late due to another job he was at which took more time than expected. Very professional service. Really recommend them. Thanks Randy.”

“Helped save us from a dead battery on the beach! He even gave us tools and a hand cart to install the battery! Good people and great service. Can't thank him enough.”

“Battery decided to completely die at the beach, not too bad of a place to be stuck. Thankfully, AAA gave me a jump and sent me to NAPA. Denise was so respectful and knowledgeable, got me the correct battery and allowed me to borrow tools to switch it out in the matter of minutes. Was very impressed with NAPA, thank you!”
