Waited for payday all week. Tried to withdraw $620 from the ATM which jammed, retracted, and debited the entire amount from my account. Now I have to wait for a dispute that will take days, thanks a lot NCCU.

I went in there and asked one of the ladies if they did cashier checks and very rudely she told me for members only and I’m a member I felt very uncomfortable 😣

North Coast Credit Union is great, the ladies at the Sedro branch are just rude, go to Mount Vernon if you’re doing anything in person.
