Repair service could be a little bit better, they blew their repair estimate time horribly and I'm still waiting to get my laptop back...”

“A great place of business, i never had one issue with Aarons at all. I have been doing business with them for couple of years now.. Two tvs, one entertainment cntr for the TV, washer and dryer set, a set of couches and a playstation4! My products work amazing and if i had and issue, Aarons got right to it.. My dryer had an issue, they came the same day with a brand new loaner dryer, took mine and repaired it.Making payments is a breeze, the workers are such great people i enjoy going to the storeThey definitely are one of the reasons my house is a home.Thank you aarons for youre amazing costumer service and then some!Definitely would recommend to anyone and everyone.”

“i'm an ex employee, i was homeless for some time and i was dealing with my health and my partners health (we both have chronic illness) in the mix of all of that and being in and out of the hospital and urgent care 2 days at least a week. i communicated that to to them and their culture specifically is all about equality for all workers and their customers regardless of race, religion, DISABILITY, identity and political views and i was all for that as someone who is queer and disabled. i gave them all of mine and my partners doctors notes and constantly updated the ETL in my department about everything and they seemed very understanding. well they let me go for missing work and i asked them again if they were aware of my homelessness at the beginning of my employment there and me and my partner being in and out of the doctors and ER and they said yes. so much for company values. so if you're disabled and get sick a lot like me and are in and out of the doctors and hospital just know that Yakima Targets Upper Management does not care about it even though it's in their core values and culture. I'd like to give some shout outs thought to the team leads who were amazing and made working there so much better and those people are Wesley, Jen and Michelle and my friends in made there who i will not name. the 5 stars are for those people. if it wasn't for them i'd leave 0 if i could.”

We had some questions and needed to upgrade four lines. José Estrada our business rep spent 2 hours on the phone with me and answered all my question. He also helped me do my upgrades online since I could save an additional $400 doing the transaction via the website!
He was supper helpful and very patient with this process! I would highly recommend him if you have a business in the Yakima Valley!”

“The cashier who works night shift handles stress well. He manages to keep a good attitude despite being overwhelmed. I pick up doordash orders here and have seen people being rude to him (particulary those hanging around the store), and he stayed calm.”
“This is my preferred and most visited pawn shop in my local area in my opinion it is definitely the best one they have lay a way which makes getting desirable items much easier and the staff is very very friendly I've come to know them personally and are like friends honestly the range of items they have is amazing from guns to jewelry to electronics and tools and when it comes to pawning or selling something to them they don't cheat or low ball you completely like most pawn shops of your item is valued at 200 they won't offer u 25$ which is very helpful and respectful overall id consider this a must stop by shop in yakima just to see what they have and if you like guns then definitely come in they always have an amazing selection”
