But recently multi care took over and made it worthless to call them, because they wanted to put you to a call center, that does not know you does not give a shit about you and could care less if you spoke to your Dr. or the staff at your Doctors office, I am seriously considering seeking a new Dr. over this bullshit.”

“Sal Lopez and the crew at Yakima Medical Clinic have been incredible. I have often felt like a number to most drs, especially with the help that I needed but that wasn’t the case there with Sal and Dr Vye. They took the time to listen to me, didn’t treat me like I had a problem and helped me get to a treatment plan that fit what I needed. I don’t say this lightly, Sal and Dr. Vye saved my life. I don’t know where or what I would be without them. I mean that with all my being. I have since moved to Maine and the drs here aren’t the same thus far and I am worried I won’t find another like Sal. Anyways, thanks you Dr Lopez, you mean more to me than I could ever say (my wife and kids feel the same) if you ever need anything, I got you.”

“I like this place I like the staff they are professional and friendly I just love going to see my primary care Dr she is over the top awesome she explains things to me so I can understand what is going on with my care all the Drs I have seen there are awesome the staff are all Great helpful and courteous and respectful they don't look down at you they make you feel like you are important. I have nothing but Good Great things to say about them.”
