The providers are kind, caring, and give their full attention, making patients feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. Many report receiving the best quality care and have been long-term patients for over 25 years. Communication via MyChart is answered quickly. However, the reception staff can sometimes be short or too busy, leading to long wait times on the phone and to be heard. Overall, it is considered a great and trusted medical home.

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Dr Bethel's assistant was very kind and cheerful. Dr Bethel was was totally focused on me and finding resolution of my issues. He listened and explained well.
