“Here are the things that are important to me about a hotel room: the room looked and smelled clean, the bed was super comfortable (as were the pillows), the shower had great water pressure, and the towels were thick and fluffy, and every member of the staff were super pleasant and helpful. I would not only recommend staying here, I will do it every time I stay in Yakima!”

“We were planning to explore sights around the southern Washington State area and Yakima seemed pretty central. What a nice surprise to find such a good hotel so centrally located. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The room, with a separate queen bedroom, was well appointed with a nicely stocked mini kitchen, including two-top burners, dishwasher, medium sized fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all the plates and utensils needed. We didn't need it, but there are even free laundry facilities available. The room was very quiet.”

“Liked everything except there were no microwaves in the room and the pet area was super small and had indoor outdoor carpet for the dogs to use as their restroom. My dog was confused by this...she had been taught to not pee on carpet.”
“Professional staff. Spotless rooms. No funky smells anywhere. Rooms, hallways, entry, lobby, fresh and clean!
Breakfast was amazing. They still have the make-it-yourself waffle iron and they had a made to order omelette/egg bar. Amazing and friendly staff.
In the lobby was a deluxe Bunn coffee machine with a variety of choice drinks.
Highly recommend!”

“Business trip. Holiday inn itself is great. They have a fenced locked are for parking. I left at 3:30 am each morning for work. Seems to be a lot of people outside the other business in the area. A lot on bicycle in the alley area by the fenced parking. But I had no issues. Front desk people are fantastic.”
“Good room. Decent location. Great Service. Rooms were clean. Noise level was what was expected and maybe a little quieter. Service at the desk was outstanding. Friendly and informative. Could have gotten the 5th star if I didn't have to pay for parking. Will definitely stay here again next year.”

“I stayed with my kids on a road trip.
They are in the middle of a remodel. The front desk staff were very helpful when our first room was one of those not remodeled yet and there was an issue with the bathroom. (Not dirty, just had a leak.) We were moved to one of the finished rooms and it was nice, clean, and was good for our needs... a cheap, safe, clean place to sleep.
Breakfast was decent with eggs, sausage and potatoes, as well as the usual continental fare at free breakfasts. Don't wait until the last minute because they put the pancake batter away and shut down the wafflemakers 20 minutes before breakfast ended.”
“Great motel, lovely service, the housekeeper is extremely friendly. The owner is also very nice. Would highly recommend. The people that dislike the place may have a bias since they dont accept crackheads.”

“The front desk clerks as well as housekeeping were all kind and attentive. The room was clean and the bed comfy. Breakfast was basic, but for not having to pay for a meal while on vacation, we were grateful.
The downside were the walls were so thin, I could hear every door slam, which woke me several times.
They are located near the yakima canyon. If you've never been, especially if you ride, its a place to put in your list!”
