“Really fast walk up service. Water damaged phone needed screen replaced. He was able to swap the screen in 40 minutes. He advised phone may still have issue as that is the nature of water damage. Everything worked. The 1st place I tried didn’t have the parts and there was a 6 hour wait to get to my device. I appreciate that he was honest, price was better than other places and service was super fast.”
“One of my IT staff members had referred me to mobicell. I traveled from Goldendale so i Called asked if they had my screen available at the store and they did. Made the trip and they were able to replace my broke screen within a half hour. The two staff working in the store were friendly and helpful but also not pushing to buy bunch of extras. The person that fixed my screen was very polite and included a screen protector as he knew we had traveled to get there. Price was great you can buy replacement screens on amazon that don't always work but trusted parts sites and what it cost me for my repair it just made sense to have someone that knew how to complete the repair. Highly recommend hopefully not having to use them in the immediate future but i will certainly if i have phone issues again. Thank you”
