90 Graber Rd, SelahI just had my dog in for grooming - they did a good job with the grooming and followed the instructions I gave. These are very nice folks who care about your furbabies and treats them well. However, the administrative side of the business needs attention. I had scheduled an appointment via FB Messenger on July 21st for an appointment on August 15th (I took time off work for this appointment). When I arrived for my appointment it had not been written down and my only option was to take another day off work and run back over from West Valley to North Selah. When I arrived the next day for my appointment and showed them the message string for my first appointment, it was acknowlegded that it was her message with me, but no appology nor offer to discount my first grooming experience with them for all the inconvenience. My second issue is that it was never communicated that they did not take cards - only cash or checks. I do not wish to discourage you from using their service, just be aware that you, the client, are going to have to take all the responsibility for communication and making sure your appointment is written down in their appointment book. I have chosen to find myself another groomer much closer to home.

151 McGonagle Rd, SelahI took my 17 year old dog in to have her euthanized, she was in pain and was very much suffering. I called and spoke with them to make the arrangements and was told to bring her in for euthanasia. After the ordeal of loading a very fragile elderly dog into a car, listening to her whimper in pain, we arrived. Only to be told they could not do it because of an outstanding bill. I have never used this vet before. After taking my dog to my regular vet in yakima, I called back to inquire about this bill. I was told it was for a dog that belonged to my mother. The bill occurred in 2002, and was for $53.00. I dropped the dog off for my mother for a visit,she picked it up. They put my name on the account instead of billing her, as she had arranged. 22 years later my dog needlessly suffered because of 53 bucks. I would have gladly paid it if I had been given the chance. I am extremely disappointed in them. I will not do business with them nor would I recommend them. Tieton animal clinic is phenomenal.

313 S 1st St, SelahGreat customer service and great food. I order Cali burrito and my carnie fry's from here always fresh and good prices. This is a good place to stop in for a bite to eat or take home. Would recommend this place to people that enjoy Mexican food.
