“We didn't have Les Schwab on the East Coast, so I was elated when I moved here and saw them. This place specifically I have been to a couple of times since moving here and every visit has been amazing. They always take such good care of me and my vehicles, which I very much appreciate. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and I've spoken to the manager a couple of times who is very nice and knows his stuff. I won't go anywhere else.”

“This place is professional. They did a difficult repair on my Prius and charged me $1,000 less than the Toyota dealership quoted me. They have a two year warranty on parts and labor, which tells you the quality of work they do. This is no mom and pop shop. I will definitely come back here if my Prius needs more work!”

I took our car to Auto Care Experts LLC and they finally fixed the issue. “Alfonso and the boys saved our day, our trip and potentially our lives, too!
My friend and I were on the roadtrip across Washington heading back to Canada when our front brakes started making weird metal sounds and not responding well. Fortunately we found Alfonso's automotive close by and, despite being busy in the middle of the day, they took us in straight away and found the both front brake rotors were cracked and needed immediate replacement. They were able to find the needed parts in town and got us back on the road by the end of the day (with a bunch of apples, too, haha!). Honest, friendly, well priced - highly recommend!

I'm so sorry that we didn't switch earlier. We've used Fruitvale Tire Center three times now and have yet to be disappointed. Their prices on tires are lower than the larger companies, and their service is fantastic. They just swapped over to our studded tires in 6 minutes. No joke! No wait, no fuss.”
“I came in on a Saturday to have all four tires replaced and a front end alignment done. It was pretty busy so there was about a 2-hour wait, which they informed me of upfront. During that wait, I was able to observe the great customer service offered by all the employees, even to grumpy customers who had been told the same thing I was about the wait and wanted to complain about it. One of the guys, Jace, was exceptional and the most polite, professional person I've ever experienced working in a tire shop. I definitely recommend this place.”
“Coming over White pass I hit something in the road HARD! When I pulled into Yakima my car was leaking oil badly. In a panic I called the first place I saw pop up, and I am so thankful I called them! “They had the size tires I needed, very reasonable price, and the dudes who put the tire on didn't get annoyed at my relentless questions that I had. I am definitely going back when I need tires again and I fully recommend them. Also the next day they held one tire at the shop over night so I could get my spare rim in my storage and the dude filled it up and put it underneath my trunk area where it belonged! “I was very impressed with the service and help they provided for me! It is a really tough environment with supply and demand with anything right now. Especially certain wheel! I was in very desperate need of a certain wheel because one of mine was cracked. Everywhere i called had absolutely no way of helping me get a wheel or even try to help for that matter. I went to a place down the road from azteca and would only sell me a set. Azteca was able to help me right away and got the exact wheel and hub center cap. “While on vacation, caught a screw in my truck's tire. Leaking fast on the freeway. Found the nearest tire shop which happened to be Frank's Point S. We got there with less about 20 psi left. They immediately cleared a bay and got to work on the tire repair. In about a half an hour, we were back on the road and free of charge. Awesome service. Stress free despite the near emergency. Professional attitude brought piece of mind. Chill staff made the experience welcoming.”

“The customer service was top tier. I needed all four tires for my SUV and was having trouble finding them. I had already gone to a different tire shop with no luck. The gentleman that helped me ( I don't remember his name sadly) was so kind. He called a sister shop, found what I needed, had them brought over from Ellensburg and had my SUV ready to go by 9 am the NEXT DAY. I was stressing out because I had a trip planned with my daughter that weekend, one that she had been looking forward to for two years. “In August of 2023 we were traveling through with our truck and 27' boat. My husband hit a curb and flattened the tire. Being 70, and with Parkinson's, we couldn't change it ourselves. After multiple calls to tire shops and AAA roadside service we reached Aaron who worked in the Costco tire shop. He went above and beyond to try to find us help.
