“If I could give 6 stars, I would! I always choose Point S whenever possible, for their great customer service, no nonsense, no ripoff, friendly help, and Joel's did not disappoint! I was traveling through Yakima on Father's Day Sunday when my driver's front wheel bearing went out without warning. I limped my truck to a hotel for Sunday night and called Joel's as soon as they opened. On the phone, they thought they may not be able to do the actual work until Tuesday, which was not ideal by far. I got into the shop right away, told them what was going on. They got it in ASAP for an inspection, explained my repair options concisely. I agreed, and Scott said they'd get the work done that morning. I was on the road by noon. “I have been going to Elite for all my car repairs. I bought a new car in December and shortly after things started going wrong. The guys at Elite have fixed my water pump, cam shaft sensor, and thermostat. All fixed by the time they said it would be. Not only is it quality service but they also helped us with affording these things. We live paycheck to paycheck like most people. They helped us get financed for our services with no credit financing. Juan is amazing. He explains everything they do to my car like im 5, which is so appreciated since I know nothing about vehicles. He tells us if things are urgent or can wait till we can afford it. Very upfront and honest about what they are capable of and what they charge. I have always been quoted exactly what I pay. No surprises.
