“If you can’t find a part anywhere else in town—and that includes the dealerships or any of the parts stores in Port Angeles/Sequim —you need to head to A-1. Most likely they have it, but you'll pay a little bit of a premium for it because they know they're the only one in town that has it.
I was working on a 2nd Gen Chevy Cruze and needed an exhaust gasket between the catalytic converter and the exhaust. Every other shop in Sequim was out, and the dealership was going to have to order it in for the next day. A-1 was the only place that actually had the gasket on the shelf and ready to go. If you're in a pinch and don't want to wait on a delivery, this is the place to go. They’ll get you back on the road today, even if it costs you a little extra for the convenience.”

“I ordered my part last weekend. Recieved a call early monday morning to let me know the payment didnt clear. (Had a fraudulent charge pop up between the order and monday morning and had to cancel my card). Sorted it out over paypal very quickly. Received notification on monday afternoon that it had been dropped off for shipment. Very pleased with the part i recieved in surprise, az today (thursday). This will definetely be the first place i look for any parts i need in the future.”
