“One of a kind trustworthy auto repair shop. They accommodated my needs on a short notice and went above and beyond to provide quality service. Highly recommend.”
“I've had two services on my Ford Escape, and both have met my expectations. The owner/manager seems to be committed to quality, and communicates well. I intend to continue using Auto Depot for my vehicle work. Considering that customers may choose to wait for work to be completed, a larger lounge area with toilets would be appreciated, and perhaps even an espresso cafe next door.”
“David S was amazing. Stop going to multi-national corporations. After the 'scare' there was a war on Ma & Pa small business. It may not have been on accident. Car parts, restaurants, markets and hardware. Keep it local. You are only shooting yourself in the foot going to conglomerates, and big box. As for A-1, every single time, I am met with the best customer service. Outstanding. Really nice folks.”
“Got top notch fast and friendly service, wheeled in because my tire sensor was saying my tire was low, got my car back right away, got the screw out, patched me up and we were back on the road in less than 20 minutes.”
“Eric’s RV assisted our renters when our rv had broken down near the Olympic National Park. They were so courteous and even in a troubling situation, they made us feel very comfortable. They extended such hospitality to our guests, as well as keeping us updated with how the progress was coming along. We were so lucky that it ended up here and that they prioritized our work in the situation. We hope to shake Eric’s hand one day.
10/10 recommend!!!”
“Great experience! Our 20 year old Ford Ranger's had a part break which broke shorted the computer which shorted the fuel pump. They were able to assess the issue and find a solution since computers for a pickup this old were no longer available. It took some time but Tom let us know what was going on every step of the way. Highly recommend Sequim Auto Repair!”
“One beautiful evening this past July, a deer came up over an embankment with a steel railing and impacted our car with zero chance to react. The passenger side was heavily damaged, and we had no idea what else, but we were able to limp the car off the road. Many wonderful folks stopped to check on us, but one of the locals told us about Evergreen and we've been grateful to her ever since.
Their tow driver came very quickly (it was a Saturday and after hours), helped us to get the car back to Sequim and took us to our hastily booked motel. Our simple day trip went wrong, but we could not have asked for a better experience.
After that, it took a while to assess damage, get everything ordered and get the job done right, but the team was helpful, highly communicative, and so kind. When you're far from home (we are from the east side of Seattle essentially) and situations like this occur, it's wonderful to have a solid bunch of folks on your side. We thank them for all their hard work, and can say with confidence that our Subaru is running and looking great again. ❤️”
“This place is amazing they great staff and super friendly. They fixed my sunroof so fast under a hour. I highly recommend this place.Services: Glass installation”
“Great, and very helpful over the phone. I've taken my car in to this shop at least a half dozen times, and always received great service at good prices. Would recommend!”
“We got our tires rotated and balanced this morning, and we got to meet Max. He's been working here for five days now and he was a DELIGHT. We only chatted for less than two minutes, but his warmth and friendliness took all of the cold corporate rush out of things. Normally getting work like this done on a car is all about numbers and pushing customers through as quickly as possible, but being assisted by Max changed that feeling. He was personable and friendly and we actually enjoyed the check-in experience. We were extremely disappointed to later overhear a manager complaining to another employee that Max would have to be reprimanded for being too chatty with customers. None of our conversation with Max was inappropriate or unrelated to the visit, and it was lovely to meet and engage with him.”
“Chris fixed my truck and did an amazing job. Honest and fair. Great local mom and pop shop that does not charge an arm and a leg or hidden fees. Actually the bill was cheaper than what was quoted!”
“My daughter and went from Seattle to sequim to visit family. My car started to vibrate in the front wheels. We stopped at integrity auto and asked them if they could just look at it to make sure it wasn't serious. Well it urged out that our upper and lower bearings were worn and a wheel could fall off. Noah the main owner personally took care of our car after hours even though he had worked all day. He was so professional and could of charged us so much more than he did. He even changed our front brakes while he had everything apart. This shop rocks hard. Highly recommend anyone to feel great about going there to get your vehicle worked on. Thanks again Noah Eric and daughter”
“Can't say enough about Don.... super busy guy but very knowledgeable and very personable. He did everything possible to fit us in and help us out with a hot water heater that decided to quit working while we were living in our travel trailer. When he said he would be there or get back to us, he did! That means a lot these days! Turned out it was a burnt wire that he was able to track down and fix. We feel very lucky to have found him!”
“I’ve been using this branch for the last year. Service has been polite and efficient. Today I changed my oil by my own hand. The drain plug head was stripped out and I needed vice grips to remove it. That was quite disappointing.
Also the last time I was in, I had to explain to them where the one and only grease zerk was on the front driveline. I had to buy and have installed a new front driveline two years ago because the last shop I used didn’t know where the zerk was and never greased it causing failure. After spending $1000 to replace it I’m pretty diligent about walking them through it. There info tells them the truck has one zerk. If they can’t find it, they should communicate with the owner. All in all if they follow their training and communicate better with the customer They could be a five star facility.”
