“I have been with T Mobile for a few years. I always get great service from the Sequim store. My phone dropped and the screen broke. Issac was able to back up my photos of my husband that had passed away. He also ordered my new phone and managed to upload all my information once the new phone came in. He was so helpful and i was able to calm down after I saw the photos and messages on my new phone. He was very knowledgeable about the phones and how to effectively transfer my data. He really cares about his customers. Not just me but everyone who came into the store over 3 days. When my phone locked up he again successfully restored my information, data and my photos. Our family is very gratrful and would recommend his store for service above and beyond what was expected.

“After struggling for 4 years with wave(astound) and dealing with constant droppages and although paying for a gig ...getting speeds consistantly below 30 mbps. I ran out of patience and switched to olypen. Mind you the people, and service persons that visited my home over 50 times in that period were very good people... they just couldn't get the product to work consistently. Mike from oly pen came this morning and i am now getting great speed and am staying connected. Everything is working great and i am so relieved. Thank you olypen!!!”
